ICCT is a biennial conference series, focusing on both theory and applications mainly covering the topic of communication technology. In addition to the technical sessions, there will be
invited sessions, tutorials and keynote addresses. The 2008 conference will be sponsored by IEEE Beijing Section, and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc), China Institute of Communications (CIC), Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), China Committee for IFIP and Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province, and jointly organised by Zhejiang Institute of Electronics and Hangzhou Dianzi University. The conference will be hosted in Hangzhou Dianzi University, China.
All accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings (ISTP and EI for all papers is pending).

According to experiences from IEEE Beijing section in these years, all papers of IEEE proceedings will be indexed by EI after about one year when IEEE copyright is released.
