CIICT is an international conference focusing on topical research in the broad area of Information and Communications Technologies. The conference is jointly sponsored and organised by Chinese and Irish Universities with hosting alternating between China and Ireland. The first CIICT conference was hosted by Hangzhou Dianzi University in October 2006. The 2007 CIICT conference was hosted in Dublin City University, Ireland. About ISKE2008

ISKE 2008 is the 3th International Conference on Intelligent System & Knowledge Engineering. The conference this year is technically co-sponsored by IEEE, Ghent University and Belgian Nuclear Research Centre, and organized by Xiamen University, Fuzhou University, Fujian Agri. & Fore. University, Jimei University, Sanming University and Hunan Institute of Humanities, Science & Tech.. It will be held from 17 to 18 Nov 2008 in Xiamen, Fujian, China. We invite submissions of papers presenting a high-quality original research and development for the conference tracks. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE categorized conference proceedings submitted for indexing to EI and ISTP.
